Working with Amplified IT

Amplified IT is works with K12 and Higher Education institutions in the USA and Canada. As a Google Premium education partner, we seek out opportunities to provide insights, services, consulting, and solutions that complement the Google technology that these schools use. Additionally, we sell licenses for Google G Suite Enterprise for Education and Google Voice.

On this page, you’ll find links to third-party and Amplified IT service agreements as well as other documents that may be useful for procurement and in understanding the terms of your purchase.

As part of our work, we will normally ask for a tax exemption certificate. If you do not have one, let us know and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

    Support is available for G Suite Enterprise for Education customers related to license application, the security center, Originality Reports, and advanced Meet features. 

    A support contract with Amplified IT is required for support on general G Suite issues related to core applications, Google admin best practices, general admin console assistance, Chromebook and Windows Device Management, Advanced Mobile Device Management, Data Loss Prevention, GCDS set up, and/or BigQuery/Data Studio customizations. We are unable to provide support for beta programs.
