Pricing

Pricing Based on Student Numbers

Pricing is based on the overall number of students in your school district.  Membership is available to all technical team members who have a district G Suite account.

1-1000

For school districts who have between 1 and 1,000 students, yearly membership is priced at $1,000, which includes access to Collaborative monthly live streams, discussion community, and discounts.

1,001 to 5,000

For school districts who have between 1,001 and 5,000 students, yearly membership is priced at $1,250, which includes access to Collaborative monthly live streams, discussion community, and discounts.

5,001 to 20,000

For school districts who have between 5,001 and 20,000 students, yearly membership is priced at $1,500, which includes access to Collaborative monthly live streams, discussion community, and discounts.

20,001 to 40,000

For school districts who have between 20,001 and 40,000 students, yearly membership is priced at $1,750, which includes access to Collaborative monthly live streams, discussion community, and discounts.

40,000+

For school districts who have more than 40,000 students, yearly membership is priced at $2,000, which includes access to Collaborative monthly live streams, discussion community, and discounts.

Summary

The Google for Education Technical Collaborative reflects our common goal of implementing technology in schools in the most responsible and impactful ways. Collaborating together elevates our abilities and leverages our collective weight. Together we can facilitate more value for our schools and most importantly our students and teachers. Amplified IT is eager to facilitate discussions and lead training to drive improvements while the focus of the Collaborative is determined by its members.

In select states and provinces, the Amplified IT team lead in-person meetups with collaborative members and the Google EDU Team. If you live in one of these states, you have the opportunity to expand your Collaborative membership to include physical meet-ups. This is a separate and additional feature that allows for districts to become Collaborative Contributors. States/Territories with Collaborative Contributor meet-ups: Alberta, California, Illinois, Minnesota, Ontario, Texas, and Virginia.
